This hypnotherapy program includes a Holistic Counselling interview to get you on track to your weight loss goals with a regression hypnotherapy part to this first session, which may guide you back to your inner child to or a time in your past to see why you put the weight on, then a second hypnotherapy session which is a clinical hypnotherapy session for the mind to change those negative thinking habits to positive thinking habits. It is an important component to losing weight, to be able to see your past experiences that drove you to take on negative programming around food and exercise. Then you will come for a second and third hypnotherapy session to get you on track to your weight loss goals. Each of these sessions, session 2 and session 3 is approximately 1 hour in duration.
