Your 3-Session Hypnotherapy Process
​
Session 1: Counselling (Approx. 1 hours)
In this session, you will be gently guided through person-centered counselling so Tara can help you feel safe, supported, relaxed, and understood while exploring your current emotional state, life experiences, thought patterns, and the reasons that have brought you to counselling. This first session is an important foundation for the hypnotherapy process, particularly for depression, sadness, emotional overwhelm, low motivation, or feeling emotionally stuck, as it helps identify underlying emotional patterns, stressors, beliefs, and subconscious blocks that may be contributing to how you are feeling. The counselling session also allows time to build trust, emotional safety, clarity, and readiness for change before moving into hypnosis, helping your mind become more open and receptive to the positive subconscious work that follows in later sessions.

Session 2: Timeline Regression Hypnosis (Approx. 2 hours)
​
The first session focuses on identifying and exploring the root emotional patterns connected to your current experience.
​
You are guided through a structured regression process to:

Process stored emotional responses safely

Begin releasing attachment to unresolved experiences
​
This session creates clarity and emotional awareness, forming the foundation for change.

Session 3 and Final Session: Clinical Hypnotherapy Repatterning (1 hour)
​
The second session focuses on subconscious reprogramming.

We work to:

Reframe limiting emotional patterns

Install healthier thought and response pathways

Strengthen emotional resilience and inner stability
​
This session is the clinical hypnotherapy session which brings together the work completed in Sessions 1 and 2, supporting long-term emotional change, stability, and ongoing progress. This is your final session within the program. You will receive a copy of the recording of this hypnotherapy session to listen back to once daily for as long as you feel you need to. Therefore it is important to make time to do this every day. The recording will be approximately 35 minutes.
While most of Tara’s clients do very well after completing the program — particularly when listening back to their personalised recordings daily and applying the tools provided — it is also completely normal for some people to need a little extra support, reassurance, or guidance along the way, especially during periods of emotional adjustment or change. If you feel you would benefit from additional counselling or support after the program, you are always welcome to return for extra sessions at any time, and Tara will continue to support and guide you in a calm, caring, and non-judgemental way as needed.

Each session includes a hypnosis recording where the actual hypnosis session is recorded for your access.
​
Listening daily helps reinforce positive subconscious change and supports emotional recalibration between sessions.

How many sessions will I need?
​
This is a 3-session program. Most clients only need 3 sessions to get on track to a more balanced pathway however you may benefit from additional support depending on individual circumstances. For those with severe depression, this hypnotherapy can be combined with additional counselling sessions if required. This would usually start with counselling and then lead into hypnotherapy when the client is ready. If your issue is chronic or if you have doubts, talk to Tara first about whether this hypnotherapy program is for you.

Yes. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state of awareness where you remain fully in control.

What if I’ve had depression for a long time?
​
Long-standing emotional patterns can still be addressed through gradual subconscious work. Progress varies from person to person.
