Cancellation or Refund Policy

If you choose to change your booking, a refund will be issued after deducting a $150 administration fee. This fee, along with any work completed on your file, will apply once the program or first session begins. For example, if you are halfway through a session and you decide that the session is not for you, you will be charged $150 cancellation fee plus any other fees for work already completed on your file. Changes to your booking can be made with at least 48 hours' notice. If you have received counselling or guidance prior to the hypnosis session, a partial fee for that time may also apply. Refunds are processed by third-party providers like Stripe, Afterpay, or PayPal. Please review their individual refund policies, as they may impose additional fees. For instance, PayPal may charge a 3% fee and take up to 10 working days to process refunds. If you cancel or change your mind, you will incur a 3% fee on the total amount paid, in addition to the $150 cancellation fee to Signs of Abundance. Afterpay may also charge extra fees which are around 10% of the booking fee and this amount would be deducted if from your refund, if you cancel. If you need to change your booking, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you are providing 48 hours notice, it is no problem to change your booking date. If you are unwell on the morning of your session, you can contact Tara, who is generally understanding. However, circumstances will be considered, and a $150 cancellation fee will typically apply.
