Yes. Hypnosis works to eliminate smoking cravings and to stop smoking in its tracks. Studies indicate that it takes the subconscious mind 28 repetitions to alter negative habits, which is why listening to your recording daily (you will receive this recording as part of the session) is a vital aspect of this hypnotherapy process. At Signs of Abundance Hypnosis and Healing, you are always given a copy of your hypnosis recording and this is a powerful part of the process, by listening back to your recording every day, you are making the unfamiliar, familiar and reprogramming the deep subconscious mind from negative thinking patterns to positive thinking patterns. A systematic peer review published in the Journal, Brain Sciences, suggests that hypnosis can influence brain function and potentially "rewire" how the brain processes information, particularly in relation to pain, negative habits such as fears and self-sabotaging patterns such as smoking and anxiety management. Unless you find it difficult to focus when you close your eyes (this would usually be if you are on particular types of prescription medication or have mental health issue such as Schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder or psychosis, you can go into hypnosis). We naturally take ourselves into hypnosis at least twice per day.  At Signs of Abundance Hypnosis and Healing, Tara's very quiet healing room in Cairns Northern Beaches at Palm Cove creates an ideal serene atmosphere, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in her soothing voice. A noisy environment can significantly hinder your ability to concentrate, often preventing clients from achieving the comfort and relaxation necessary for effective hypnosis.

 

You have the flexibility to join our stop smoking hypnosis program in the Cairns area either online via Zoom or in person at Palm Cove, Cairns, North Queensland, Australia. Whichever option you choose, you can participate in this effective Quit Smoking Program. The program consists of two valuable sessions, and payment is made per session.

In this 2 hour process, Tara J Clarke, Hypnotherapist, you will have a chat with Tara and be shown some technique to help you into the trance state. From there, you will be guided using the power of hypnosis, to your core belief that is holding you back from quitting the smoking habit. Once we are aware of the core beliefs as to why you smoke, you will come back for your clinical hypnotherapy session on the day you choose to quit smoking.

Once you pay for this session 1, you will receive the valuable 'Stop Smoking to Freedom' eBook and audiobook by Tara J Clarke, hypnotherapist. This is a valuable book of tools for free, emailed to your inbox. This eBook is written by Tara J Clarke, as a hand hold throughout your journey including many valuable tools to help you along the way to being a non-smoker for the rest of our life. Use these tools as a valuable accompaniment to your stop smoking hypnosis program and also use these tools to help you make subtle positive change to live the best life.

The second session (and usually the last session) on this quit-smoking program is your Hypnotherapy Session for changing those limiting and core beliefs from negative thinking to positive thinking. You will have this session on the day you choose to quit cigarettes (approximately 1 hour session) in Palm Cove, Cairns or if you are not living or visiting Cairns, you can have this session via video chat held online over Skype or Zoom from anywhere in Australia or around the world as long as you have a good internet connection.  The ideal time to schedule this session is early morning on the day you plan to stop smoking. Tara can start her sessions as early as 7:30 am. You will receive the recording of this session as a valuable tool to listen back to daily, as part of the process of hypnotherapy.

Two sessions are usually all you will need but some clients may need to come back for a third session. This would be rare to need a third session as two sessions is usually enough on this stop smoking hypnosis program. Those with chronic anxiety or depression that smoke, may need to come back for more follow-up. Each case is individual to your needs and most of my clients will only need these two sessions for this stop smoking hypnosis program.

Once you sign up to this Stop Smoking Hypnosis first session in the hypnotherapy program to quit smoking, you’ll be sent a copy of the powerful Stop Smoking eBook by Tara J Clarke, over a cloud, via email. This also includes the audio-book version and two free guided meditations to help stay calm and keep busy along your quit smoking journey. This Stop Smoking eBook provides valuable tools like meditations, meridian tapping videos, and scripts to assist you. It also offers help with other tools such as prayer, manifestation, and creating a powerful diary entry to release the past. You can use any number of these tools to complement your hypnotherapy in your stop smoking program.

You will receive a hypnosis recording of your session for future reference. Research shows that the subconscious mind is best programmed in 28 days, so listen back to this recording once per day until you feel you no longer need to. Understand more about how hypnosis works here. The hypnosis recording of your session will be emailed to the address you provided, using a cloud service. For added privacy, you have the option to receive a USB copy of your recording for a small fee. The free email version is often chosen by clients because it can be easily downloaded from the cloud and saved to your device. If you lack technical skills, select the USB option when you book this program. When you book the USB option instead of the email cloud option, you will be given a copy of your hypnosis recording onto the USB stick at the end of your hypnosis session. Always listen back to your hypnosis recording for stop smoking using headphones. Be in a comfortable laying down or slightly reclined position (do what is comfortable for you) in the privacy of your own home.

If your smoking issue is related to other problems in your life like anxiety, depression, loneliness, etc. you might benefit from one add on session for stop smoking of holistic counselling. Tara provides all of these services for an additional fee. However, usually you will not need a third session and the guidance you receive in this 2 session program is enough for most.

When replaying your recording at home, it's best to use headphones and sit comfortably in a reclined position on a chair, couch, or bed. Avoid listening while driving, walking, or jogging. If you find yourself falling asleep, this more than likely indicates that you're listening too late in the day. Consider listening to your recording in the morning when you are more alert to prevent dozing off.
