Delores Cannon was a renowned researcher and hypnotherapist in past life regression hypnosis. Delores Cannon has written 19 books about past life regression and I do recommend reading at least one of her books to prepare for a QHHT session. Time Duration: QHHT is unique because the session with Tara J Clarke is very thorough and 5 hours long. The QHHT session involves delving into your past life with regression hypnosis as well as connecting with your higher self or deep subconscious mind, when you move out of your past life. You will get answers to your questions in the past life part as well as the higher self-healing part of the session.

Time Constraints: If you’re short on time, the 5-hour QHHT session can be divided into two sessions. The first interview part can be completed in one session lasting around 2 hours, while the longer second part can be done in a separate session on a different day, lasting just over 3 hours which includes the hypnosis session and debrief. Older clients usually prefer this specific experience because the long session is too lengthy for them. In my extensive QHHT experience, I’ve observed no variation in session flow. This is because I give a briefing on what we covered in the first session, at the start of the second session, so for this reason, splitting the session into two parts, is just as valuable to my clients.
