Services such as a Akashic Records Readings are non-refundable if you change your mind however if you have a valid reason, you may change the date, no problem or if you cannot make your session time, you may recieve a credit of the amount you paid, to use at another time for another session. Refunds are not available. If buying a physical product, there is a 30 day return policy on physical items. Buyer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.
