Anxiety Hypnotherapy – Online Booking Page This page is for booking the online anxiety hypnotherapy program. How the program works This is a 2-session program (total 3 hours). Session 1 – 2 hours (booked online) You book your first 2-hour session here at checkout You choose your date and time when booking You pay the full program fee upfront, which includes both sessions Session 2 – 1 hour (booked with Tara) Your second (final) session is booked after your first session Tara will arrange this with you by: email text message or during your first Microsoft Teams session chat This session is scheduled when you are ready after Session 1 Important The price you pay today covers the full 2-session program (3 hours total).
