This is a gentle counselling and hypnotherapy program to help you process grief and emotional pain after loss.

Grief can feel heavy, confusing, and overwhelming. You may feel stuck, numb, or unable to move forward. This program is designed to support you through that process in a calm and simple way.

🌿 How the Program Works

This is a 3-hour program delivered over 3 sessions:

Session 1 – Counselling (1 hour)

We talk through your loss, emotions, and what you are struggling with.
This helps you feel supported and understood.

Session 2 & 3 – Hypnotherapy (1 hours each)

A deeper session that helps your mind process grief and emotional pain.
We work gently with subconscious patterns linked to sadness, guilt, or trauma.

Session 4 – Counselling (1 hour)

This final session helps to reinforce emotional healing and stability and to make sure you are on track.
It may be counselling or hypnotherapy depending on your needs.

What is Grief Hypnotherapy?

Grief hypnotherapy is a gentle therapy that helps you process emotional pain after loss by working with the subconscious mind.

How many sessions do I need?

This program is 3 hours total over 3 sessions. Some people may need additional support depending on their situation.

Can I just pay per session instead of the full amount up front?

You can however in order to get the discounted offer for the 4 sessions, upfront payment is required. Otherwise it is $175 per additional 1 hour hypnotherapy session. If you are doing the 4 session package, you are able to continue on that special rate, if you choose to have more sessions. Conditions may apply. 

Can hypnotherapy remove grief?

No. Grief is a natural human response to loss, and it cannot — and should not — be removed.

Grief is the mind and body’s way of processing love, attachment, change, and meaning. It often comes in waves, and for many people it can feel intense, overwhelming, or unpredictable.

Hypnotherapy does not erase grief or remove memories. Instead, it helps you change how your mind and body respond to grief over time.
