Cancellation or Refund Policy

At Signs of Abundance Counselling, we understand that unexpected situations can arise and we aim to be as supportive and flexible as possible. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With adequate notice, your appointment can be moved to a new date at no additional charge. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, Tara will generally offer understanding and flexibility on the first occasion. However, repeated late cancellations or changes may result in the full session fee being charged, as this time has been reserved specifically for you. If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is provided (a no-show), the full session fee will apply or $100 cancellation fee, whichever is the lesser amount. For prepaid appointments, missed sessions without notice are non-refundable. If you decide that counselling at Signs of Abundance is not the right fit for you and provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment, refunds are not available. However, the amount paid can be transferred as a credit toward any other service offered on this website. A voucher code will be issued for rebooking and will remain valid for 12 months from the original purchase date. By going ahead with this booking and paying for this booking whether it be in full or part of deposit, you confirm that you understand these terms and conditions for cancellation.
