  1. First Session (Induction):Book your first session online through the booking link on this site. Payment is made upfront, and you’ll receive a great discount as this session helps us get to know each other and set goals together. The session lasts 50 minutes.

  2. Future Sessions:

    • For online sessions, book and pay upfront through the website.

    • For in-person sessions at Palm Cove or Cairns, you can pay on the day of the appointment.


FAQs


Do I need special equipment for online counselling?


No, just a computer, tablet or smartphone with a camera and microphone. A headset is optional and only helpful if you have difficulty hearing.




What if I have internet problems during a session?


Sometimes connection issues happen. If the call drops, simply try to reconnect, or we can reschedule if needed.
